To register an account and use the zk774 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the zk774 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds therein.
When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any action taken under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify zk774 immediately at [email protected].
zk774 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, driver's license, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the temporary freezing of your Account balance pending verification.
All transactions on the zk774 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency transactions are accepted. Any conversion costs are borne solely by the user.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and payment method; please consult our FAQ page or contact customer support for current limits applicable to your account.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to your Account instantly in most cases, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawal requests are processed within a target time of 5 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). zk774 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or force majeure events.
By depositing funds into your zk774 Account, you warrant that all funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. zk774 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the lawful origin of deposited funds and may suspend withdrawals pending such verification.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your zk774 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to an account held by a third party will result in the withdrawal being declined and the matter being flagged for investigation.
zk774 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:
New users who make their first qualifying deposit of at least Rp 100.000 may be eligible to receive a 100% deposit match bonus of up to Rp 2.000.000. This offer is available once per new Account and is subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or using technical exploits — constitutes bonus abuse. zk774 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, winnings, and Account balances in cases of suspected bonus abuse, and may permanently ban the offending Account(s).
All sports bets, including football (bandar bola — bookmaker-style football betting), basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports bets, are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, BWF, DORNA Sports, etc.). Bets placed on incomplete or abandoned events will be settled according to zk774's sport-specific settlement rules available on the Platform.
All casino games, including live dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and slot machines, operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. By playing any casino game, you acknowledge that the outcome is random and that past results have no influence on future results.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by officially published lottery draws from recognized market sources. zk774 does not influence or control draw outcomes. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of the official draw result being published.
zk774 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed under erroneous odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, provided that such odds deviated materially from the market at the time of placement. Affected users will be notified and their stake returned in full.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of zk774.
zk774 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform and employ strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access to your personal and financial data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk774, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases, zk774's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited in your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
zk774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
Upon termination for cause, zk774 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, and any funds obtained through prohibited conduct. Real Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which zk774 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent zk774 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
